Why?

Hello, i was thinking why i started to offer these kind of simple and colorful services.

I immediately remind a need i had few years ago in Colombia; I was working in a consultancy service in 2008, i had in my head the architectural project that were the base of a research study about Bioclimatic and Bioenvironmental Architecture to dry tropical climate cities, like my original city. Very big difference of temperature between day and night. I had this marvelous idea of the project, big area, with many different functional areas with different height of roofs, inside one to one in the same 8 meters height space, everything was there, the bioclimatics techniques of evaporation, the solatubes natural lighting, but, i couldn't represent it. I had a ex-student of my seminary courses in Universidad Autonoma del Caribe in Barranquilla; She draw very well the autocad 3D Max, so, i travelled to Barranquilla to meet her and hire her to help me and put my project in 3D.

The exercise was very functional and helpful for me, because i could continue the project and show it to the specialized structural engineer and ask him, at least, if the could design the big structural legs of the building, and those special and differents levels roof in rammed earth construction techniques.

I think in the same way will happen with my clients, I think i could be a very useful tool nowadays to help others that like me have the ideas that want to put them in the reality with this simple design application that i have to learn to use, to maintain my creative fire lighted.

The renovation will be related to your choice and your budget. Textures, colors, material will be already defined in your color 2D and 3D images.
